The following poem was written in response to the destructive effects of the libelous teaching of Critical Race Theory by Margot Einstein, founding member and current officer of the board of Christians and Jews United for Israel.
What Did You Learn in School Today?
What did you learn in school today,
Little boy, sweet son?
I learned that I was hopelessly bad
And the guilty one.
They pulled me aside,
And said I must stay in a separate space.
Because of white ‘privege.’
I’m born of a bigoted race.
It’s my fault the slaves
Were held with a whip and a gun.
Oh Mama, Mama, what have I done?
