The year 2024 saw a staggering 8,873 incidents of antisemitism, marking a 140% increase from the previous year. These include acts of harassment, vandalism, and physical assault—acts that are no longer isolated or fringe, but mainstream and visible across all levels of society.
A Crisis Across Communities
In schools, on college campuses, in houses of worship, and throughout neighborhoods once considered safe, Jews are being targeted in ways not seen in recent history. The ADL reports that antisemitic expressions, once cloaked in dog whistles and euphemisms, are now shouted openly—with impunity.
Among the most disturbing revelations:
- Incidents on college campuses quadrupled, reflecting an alarming rise in anti-Israel rhetoric devolving into antisemitism.
- Over 1,300 K-12 incidents were recorded, with Jewish students and teachers harassed for their identity.
- Online platforms and social media are breeding grounds for hatred, with spikes in posts that glorify violence against Jews.
Why This Matters to Christians
As Christians who stand with Israel and the Jewish people, this report is not just an alarming data point—it is a moral call to action. Scripture reminds us in Genesis 12:3 that those who bless Israel will be blessed, and those who curse her will be cursed. We must ask ourselves: What are we doing to stand in solidarity when the Jewish community is under attack?

Antisemitism is not merely a Jewish issue—it is a human issue, and history has shown that when antisemitism is tolerated, it opens the door to the erosion of liberty for all. This rising tide must be countered by a rising commitment to truth, justice, and solidarity.
